My Grandma’s Christmas Pudding
Every year my grandmother hosted our family Christmas and while you could count on the turkey being overcooked and the vegetables prepared simply, you could also count on an amazing Christmas pudding. She lost her battle with Alzheimer’s in 2004 and our family has never been the same without her and her pudding. It is so comforting to find her recipe in her handwriting in my mothers cookbook.... more
